Accreditation to deliver P4MGO!®.
Organizations that train executives and professionals can deliver P4MGO!®. An ATO delivers the intermediate and advanced courses, in both the Management track and the Governance track, and prepares its students for a certification of persons issued by Certification.Institute.
What an ATO delivers
Specialization in each discipline.
Students at an ATO enroll having completed the Foundations, and the ATO guides them from that point through certification in each discipline.
Intermediate
six disciplines
PfM PgM PjM PdM BPM S&O
PfM, PgM, PjM, PdM, BPM and S&O. They require P4MGO!® Foundations or P4MGO!® Essentials.
Advanced
three disciplines
PMO CoE Gov
PMO, CoE and Gov. They require having completed one intermediate course in change and another in run.
What an ATO does not deliver
the Foundations
They are always delivered by Business&Co.® on its campus, so that students at any ATO arrive with the same foundation.
The two tracks
Those who govern are accountable for doing the right things; those who manage are accountable for doing things right.
That is why each discipline has two courses, and an ATO may deliver both: the Management course, for those responsible for managing, and the Governance course, for those responsible for leading. Each student follows the one that corresponds to their role.

What is required of an ATO
Accredited Trainer instructors and an official P4MGO!® license.
Each ATO operates under an official P4MGO!® license, and its courses are delivered by trainers who hold the Accredited Trainer level. In this way, students receive the same training regardless of the ATO they choose.
